Myrat Garryyev State Medical University of Turkmenistan invites you to participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Innovative Developments in Medical Science and Education", dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality and the 30th anniversary of the State Program "Saglyk".

Participation Requirements: Participants must submit the necessary materials in accordance with the established guidelines.
Deadline for submission of applications, abstracts, and summaries: April 1, 2025.
Submissions that do not meet the requirements or are received after the deadline will not be considered.

Participation Requirements for the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Innovative Developments in Medical Science and Education"
Participants in the International Scientific and Practical Conference must submit abstracts with no more than three authors. The content of the work must be original, have a scientific research nature, and correspond to the declared topic.
To participate in the conference, a registration form must be completed using Times New Roman, 12 pt font.

Participants must submit a summary of their presentation (abstract) in one of the conference’s working languages, while annotations must be provided in the other two languages.
Turkmen participants must have their annotations translated into English and Russian and certified by the relevant university departments or translation services.
Submitted abstracts and annotations must be reviewed at the author’s department and approved by the head of the department before submission. The submission must include an official notification confirming approval, along with electronic versions of the abstract and annotations.
Authors are personally responsible for the content of their submitted materials.
Abstract and Annotation Submission Guidelines
Participants must submit their abstracts and annotations to the Organizing Committee. Abstracts should be no more than 1-1.5 pages (A4 format). Each annotation (in English and Russian) should be no more than 0.5 pages.
Formatting Requirements: Margins: Top and bottom – 2.0 cm, left – 2.5 cm, right – 1.5 cm. Orientation: Portrait. Font: Times New Roman, size 14 pt, line spacing – 1.0
No formulas or tables are allowed in abstracts and annotations.
All electronic materials must be submitted in Word for Windows format (.doc or .docx).
File Formatting:
Title: Written in bold, 16 pt font, centered.
Author’s Name: Written in bold, 14 pt font, aligned to the right. The country should be indicated in parentheses.
If there are two authors, the presenting author’s name should be listed first.
Leave one blank line before starting the main text.
Text alignment: Justified.
Abstract Structure: Relevance, Objective, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusion
Page numbers should not be included.
Submissions that do not comply with these requirements will not be considered.
Once submitted, no corrections or additions will be accepted.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject any submission.
Submitted documents will not be returned.
File Naming Guidelines: Abstract and annotations should be in one file named as follows: [Author’s Last Name] [Initials] tez.doc
Example: Atayev N.tez.doc
The presentation text should be submitted as a separate file.
