Over the years of independence, our homeland has realized massive accomplishments equal to centuries. Our neutral state has confidently joined the ranks of rapidly developing countries around the world, ensuring a prosperous and happy life for its people.

Over the years of independence, great strides have been made in all sectors of the economy, developing our democratic, legal, and secular state, consistently improving civil society, enhancing the international prestige of our neutral state, strengthening friendly and fraternal relations, and expanding and strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation with countries and peoples around the world.

Every citizen of our country has made a significant contribution to the rapid development of sovereign Turkmenistan, the successful implementation of adopted national and state programs, the improvement of the social and living conditions of our people, and the continued growth of the global prestige of our neutral state. In this regard, our compatriots who have made a significant contribution to the achievement of high standards by our sovereign Fatherland are awarded awards and honors.

Taking into account personal contribution to strengthening the independence and sovereignty of Turkmenistan, increasing the economic potential and international authority of the country, implementing state programs for the planned development of such sectors of the economy as oil and gas, construction, industry, transport and communications, agriculture and water management and others, improving the efficiency of production, financial and economic activities, increasing labor productivity, developing new types of products and introducing into production new types of equipment and technologies, advanced methods and experience, efficient use of vehicles, ensuring a high level of services provided to the population, using the most advanced methods of piloting airplanes and helicopters, skillful performance of songs and music, achieving great success in state and public activities, further improving the social and living conditions of the population, accelerated development of science and technology, physical education and sports, education systems, healthcare and social services, national culture, literature, theater, film, television, music, journalism and cultural and educational institutions, the creation of highly artistic works that enjoy the respect and esteem of the entire people, training and education of selfless and conscientious youth in the spirit of boundless love and devotion to the Fatherland, in order to increase the international authority and glory of Turkmen sports, training highly qualified specialists, athletes, creative and sports teams, as well as for special services to the independent state and native people, many years of conscientious work, achieved high indicators, talent and professional skill, and also in commemoration of the 34th anniversary of the great independence of our neutral state, by the decree of the President of Turkmenistan, assistant of the Department of Orthopedic and Surgical Dentistry of the Myrat Garryyev State Medical University of Turkmenistan Atdayev Tirkish was awarded the medal of Turkmenistan "Gaýrat", assistant of the Department of Skin and Venereal Diseases Kakabayeva Ogulmaysa Abdalovna was awarded the medal of Turkmenistan "Watana bolan söýgüsi üçin".
