January 30, 2025, in the Era of Revival of a new Epoch of a Powerful State, in honor of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's Neutrality, and also in connection with the declaration of 2025 by the UN General Assembly as the "International Year of Peace and Trust", a scientific and practical conference "Garaşsyz Turkmenistan sebitde we dünýäde parahatçylygyň hem abadançylygyň pugtalanmagyna ýardam berýän Bitarap döwletdir" was held at the Myrat Garryyev State Medical University of Turkmenistan. The main goal of the conference was to explain the historical significance of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality, as well as to highlight the grandiose initiatives in the domestic and foreign policy of the country, carried out under the leadership of the esteemed President of Turkmenistan and thanks to the invaluable efforts of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty, Hero Arkadag.
