On January 2, 2025, the Myrat Garryyev State Medical University of Turkmenistan introduced the first issue of its scientific e-journal, "Medical Science and Innovations," on its official website, "tdlu.edu.tm." The journal will be published biannually in Turkmen, Russian, and English, enabling readers worldwide to explore cutting-edge developments and research in medicine.

The electronic journal will feature articles authored by national and international scholars, educators, and professionals. Topics will span various areas of medical science, including therapeutic and preventive medicine, healthcare practices, social hygiene, and pharmacy. Additionally, it will spotlight the successful implementation of state health programs aimed at disease prevention, health promotion, and fostering a healthy environment.

Special emphasis will be placed on the global achievements of Turkmenistan's healthcare system, driven by the visionary leadership of the National Leader of the Turkmen people and the President of Turkmenistan. The journal aims to further activate international collaboration, offering a valuable platform for knowledge exchange among professors, students, doctors, researchers, and experts through the global telecommunications network.
