On December 11, 2024, in the conference hall of the Educational and Scientific Center for Maternal and Child Health of the Myrat Garryyev State Medical University of Turkmenistan, a scientific and practical conference "Health of mothers and children is the main wealth of the state" was held, dedicated to the 29th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutral status and the International Day of Neutrality. The event was organized by the departments of obstetrics and gynecology, propaedeutics of childhood diseases and hospital pediatrics. The conference discussed issues of protecting the health of mothers and children as one of the key priorities of state policy.
