On September 19, 2024, the Myrat Garryyev State Medical University of Turkmenistan hosted a scientific and practical conference of teachers and students "Türkmenistanyň Prezidenti Serdar Berdimuhamedow – Berkarar döwletiň täze eýýamynyň Galkynyşy döwrüni esaslandyryjydyr", dedicated to the 33rd anniversary of Turkmenistan's Independence. During the conference, the importance of Independence, the sanctity of the Motherland, achievements in education, science and healthcare were emphasized in speeches.
