From July 5 to July 20, students in the fourth year at the Faculty of Medicine of the Myrat Garryev State Medical University of Turkmenistan received practical training in general medicine at the clinical bases of the Astrakhan State Medical University.

The practical training was given to the students within the framework of the Memorandum on mutual cooperation in the field of medical science and education between the Astrakhan State Medical University and the Myrat Garryev State Medical University of Turkmenistan.

The future doctors were acquainted with the work of the departments of therapy, cardiology, medical rehabilitation, and also visited the Ophthalmological Center and the Federal Center for Cardiovascular Surgery.
